Note from the Artist: I started this piece with no planning, I saw the shape of the horse face in the grain of the wood and started from there. All freehand work, I wanted to add lots of hair and being able to wrap it around the center knot was extremely pleasing. This is the first burn that I really burned heavy on and mainly used my shader tip and the knife tip. Total of 30 hours to compete.
